The European Tour of Golf is Europes tournament besides the US PGA tour. The Barclays Scottish Open has been played at Loch Lomond since 1996, just two years after the course was opened. In that short time the tournament and the venue have grown in stature, with major interest from the world’s best golfers, to become a highlight of the European Tour.
